Based on that law, Jhony asked to all faction in Jakarta City Council to stop the polemic of Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) inauguration as Jakarta Governor.

According to Jhony, Kemendagri letter No 121.31/4480/OTDA has managed the mechanism of Ahok inauguration from Jakarta Vice being Jakarta Governor for the rest term of 2012-2017 period.
"The Kemendagri letter also strengthen the Perppu No 1/2014, article 203 paragraph 1 which mentioned that a vacancy of governors, regents and mayors who were appointed by Act No. 32/2004 about Regional Government of vice governors, vice-regent and deputy mayor replaces governors, regents and mayors until the end of his tenure," he explained.
However, Jhony still admires the other faction step who asked Supreme Court (MA) about the Ahok inauguration as Jakarta Governor.
